in case you hadn't heard, i'm moving.

no, i'm not leaving San Francisco but i am leaving 1130 Leavenworth. i've finally gotten tired of the atrocious parking, the inadequate neighborhood, and the not-so-great roommate "sitch" and decided to move on to bigger and better things.

i would probably kill for hardwood floors, fireplaces, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a clawfoot bathtub, a gourmet kitchen, a washer and dryer, a live-in egocentric cat, a great dane that visits often, a big, green backyard complete with tomato plants, gardenias and a barbecue, an uber cool roommate who publishes a photography/art mag called "Clique!" and says things like "schisms, man", and a garage large enough for my car, my scooters and the occasional dead body.

HOWEVER, i do live here in Reality with the rest of you. so, i would just like some place i can call home and mean it.

i'm paying around $600 right now but i'm willing to go as high as $800 for the right place. must be in San Francisco. pets are cool. in-house smokers and wigged-out junkies are not.
