so Netscape is firing people left and right after the merger with AOL. and even though i'm still here now, my boss has been laid off and i could be released at any moment. it's far too tenative and precarious for my tastes. i want to be someplace where my input is vital and valued. not disposable.

so i'm looking for something great, permanent, and with an easy commute or the option of either flex-time or telecommuting. or all three. ideally, i'd like a combination of management and creative responsibilities; some sort of producer with design influence and production duties. but if the situation and job description seem to fit, i'm open to a variety of opportunities.
