i'm selling my friend Becca's 1974, black and orange Vespa Primavera scooter.

it's only got 577 miles on it and all the original paperwork. but it needs some work and hasn't been registered since 1976. the latter part of that is fairly easily fixed. working on a scooter is a whole lot less expensive than a car and a lot of engine work has already been done (all the seals have recently been replaced, for example). plus, it actually runs well now.
